THE VISION...

This project was launched in 2017 with the aim to get back to the land and to develop an intimate relationship with it;  to live closer to nature and our food and to forge a sense of community around the principles of living more consciously & more freely... and all while having as much fun as possible!  We welcome you to join in on the adventure!

CHECK OUT WHAT'S TO COME!

WORKSHOPS

Get your hands on a variety of topics such as natural/alternative building, primitive/earth skills, permaculture design, appropriate technology, seed-saving & propagation, composting, beekeeping, soap making, fermentation, yoga & meditation, and more.

YOGA

We plan to create a beautiful, open space dedicated primarily for regular yoga practice!

Farm Team member, Aimee, has been practicing yoga since 2002 and earned her first teaching certificate (RYT 200) in South Korea in 2010. She earned a second teaching certificate (RYT 200) in Costa Rica in 2016 and began teaching in 2017. Aimee looks forward to offering yoga classes for farm guests!

We would like to host an annual Yoga Teacher Training in the future.

CABIN RENTALS / TENT CAMPING

We will be building cozy and original guest cabins from locally sourced and reclaimed materials. These cabins, as well as tent sites, will be available for short-term rental (check out our listing on Hipcamp to make a reservation)

FARM TO TABLE

We hope to soon be producing enough food on site to host some delicious and fun dinner parties!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We are going to need a few extra hands to accomplish everything on our ever-growing project list!  We have been having little volunteer work-parties about once a month to bust out a big task, followed by food and fun.  Follow us on Facebook for updates.

We are also a registered member of WWOOF-USA (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) where interested folks can volunteer on the farm a few hours per day in exchange for educational opportunities and room and board.  Check out our listing.

FOLK FESTIVAL

This will be a weekend-long gathering that will include camping, live music, folk arts & crafts, primitive skills workshops, yoga, games, local food and beverages, etc.

Stay tuned!
